She's a girl who likes to cover her face half of it whenever she talks to strangers, so she's really shy around others. Winning her trust, loyalty and friendship is not that easy, but only if she's comfortable around you, then she might trust you a bit. Although, her type is being in quiet rooms and reading books to learn more about things, so she might read her books if she has nothing to do. But just because she's just a quiet type, doesn't mean she would be always that person. Most likely a very short-tempered and easily pissed off person, anything which is insulting, she takes the argument too serious, so beware of that side. But if it's just a baby-ish comments, she takes it as a compliment because she thinks its funny. Though seeing little kids who aren't spoilt yet, well, her main goal is too make them spoiled like little brats asking for candies. Except, she won't give them ponies because she thinks that's too lame, for a little girl wanting a pony. She likes seeing little kids happy, because she never had one of those experiences in her life.

She's much of a studyholic of Magic except, in her spare time, she would read books to keep her occupied, but preferred Manga, Fantasies and Fairytales. She can be quite protective but sometimes an ass, if she is not in a mood tho'. She can be so stubborn that she sticks to her own opinions. Whenever she hangs out with guys, well, so many things change. SHE COVERS 3/4th PART OF HER FACE. If you don't know why, it's because she's not comfortable talking to them, and feels awkward. So, she has only a split personality at the internet, ONLY AT THE INTERNET. But she's okay speaking with her same gender. Although she hates being proved wrong. Since she is a short-tempered, she would shout unnecessarily for small reasons (Well, in front of her friends). Finding out her foes(much like frenemies) weaknesses, she likes to blackmail them to get something in return, but rarely that happens because she's an indoor person with her books and internet, her one and only life

History:
Being raised from an orphanage, she never knew who her parents were, and how they look like. All was left for her was a suit case left, but she couldn't open it until she was 16. So, this person owning the orphanage kept this with her until she was 16. Growing up to be a child, she wasn't much of a nuisance. She never begged for something, she was always contented with her life and what she got. Although, she never new what was a candy, so she never asked for those in her life . She never really made any friends, so she was left alone, either reading short story books about fairy-tales or either look at the scenery. She never cared that she was teased for not having friends, as long as she had a shelter, food to eat, water to drink, and books or sceneries to keep her occupied, she never cared about them.

By the time she reached the age of 13, still being teased of being all alone, a boy around her age, never seen him before. Came up to her and introduced himself, she thought this was a joke and actually ignored and looked at the window. The boy kept on bothering her until she would give a slight introduction about herself, and so she did. She actually didn't expect him to be hanging with her for a long period time. So, they became quite close, although still teasing was going on, but it didn't matter to them, but one day, this boy was taken away from her life, he was being adopted. She felt sad, heart-broken and never ever wanted to make a friend anymore.

Cecile already 16 years old, still not being adopted, she recieved the suitcase which she was waiting for a long time. All she found was a wand (She thought it was a stick), and lots of books and a letter burried under those books. She never realised that she was a mage and unlocked her powers already, but she thought this was all mythical and just went on reading the notes and books about it. She just saw some spells, and she wanted try it out for fun, she took her wand, said the magic words and voila~! It appeared, a black cat. (YES, SHE WISHED FOR A BLACK CAT HER WHOLE LIFE BECAUSE SHE THINKS THEY'RE PRETTY, DONT JUDGE.) She never thought it would work and thought she was imagining things. But, hey, she took the oppurtunity to enjoy magic. Obviously, as usualy, she stayed in her room everyday to study magic, witches and other stuffs. Whenever she passes by kids (That is, if she gets out of her room), she gives them candy, to make them spoilt everyday. Although, she was getting to old to be in an orphanage, so she had to live on her own, but she had no money, the owner of the orphanage offered to pay for her rent monthly. She moved out and found a small but decent appartment.

Learning about magic, made her more eager to learn more about it. Although, she was really eager in reading their history about them etc. as she was too curious about them. Rarely made any friends anymore from the outdoors, so instead, she spent her time doing blogs, chatting with people, reading manga online and so on. And her daily routine was doing all these things, studying, internet and spoiling little kids whenever she goes to the park~.
